Started on January 23, 2020, the training of agents (drivers) of the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment (ANPE), ended on Saturday January 25, 2020 on a note of satisfaction. The purpose of this training is to equip and strengthen the participants’ capacities on safe driving. During the ceremony consecrating the end of this training, certificates were given to the participants. Were present on this occasion, the Director General of the Private Vocational Training School for Security Professions (EFFOPRIMES) Mr. Oumarou Saminou, the Acting Secretary General of the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment (ANPE) Mr. DJIBO Abdoul-Baki and several guests.
This training exclusively reserved for twelve (12) ANPE drivers was rich in theoretical and practical lessons. Thus, the theoretical part is essentially based on modules having as content the on-board equipment and documents, vehicle control, safe driving, safety on the move, incident and accident report, communication techniques, etc.
This training session is well appreciated by the participants according to the Director General of the Private Vocational Training School for Security Professions (EFOPRIMES). Mr. Oumarou Saminou, who addressed his sincere thanks to the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment (ANPE) for the confidence placed in their establishment (EFOPRIMES). “In the past, 120 young people were trained on the initiative of the ANPE. Thank you for the partnership that does not date from today. Also, I would like to thank the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment (ANPE) and congratulate the trainer and the learners for carrying out the operation. Thus equipped, the beneficiaries will have all the necessary reflexes to safeguard their lives and that of their passengers ”declared Mr. Oumarou Saminou. For his part, the Acting Secretary General of the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment (ANPE), Mr. Djibo Abdoul-Baki specified that this training will allow ANPE drivers to be competitive, and to take into account all the requirements of safe driving. Indeed, Mr. Djibo Abdoul-Baki reminded the recipients that ANPE relies heavily on them. “The National Agency for the Promotion of Employment (ANPE) will await the results of this work from you. We trained you because you are a very important and essential link in the production chain. Without the drivers, I believe the operation of a service could be disrupted. Therefore, we cannot neglect you. And we will repeat these trainings with other categories of ANPE staff, ”he said. Shortly after the delivery of the certificates, Mr. Andoche Alapini, trainer and security expert explained in detail the practical part of the training, which he described as “important phase”. Indeed, this part consisted of simulation exercises: driving on various terrains, traveling in an insecure zone, behavior in the event of violent demonstrations, riots, blockades, robberies, etc. “In this critical period of insecurity, this training is essential for all drivers of national and international organizations” said the trainer before inviting public and private institutions, organizations, etc. to come and train their staff at the Private Vocational Training School in Security Professions (EFOPPRIMES).
